"Everything was perfect; we really enjoyed the place, the service, the gym, the pool, the ease of renting gym clothes and swimsuits, and the included buffet was great. Domo arigato, everyone! We are looking forward to coming back!"

"The location was perfect after a long flight, collected our luggage and straight to the room, about a 5 minute walk through the terminal and across an outdoor covered bridge. The staff were very helpful, taking our baggage to our room for us, check in was a breeze. The room was modern, clean & beautiful with a deep bath, stocked mini bar included and pajamas + slippers for everyone. The beds are very hard but we didn’t mind too much because we were so tired. Checkout was simply handing over the room key & done. Highly recommend!"

"Airport shuttle was convenient, but we made an error by booking 2 nights here.. 1 night before a flight is best.. this is far from everything we did make the most if it by walking to Rinku beach at sunset. Nice mall at Rinku. The breakfast might be good for Japanese, not our thing.. free water first night only and no ice ??? I thought every hotel provides ice.. clean , large rooms, nut only 1 pillow, could use 2 pillows per bed.."
