"Location is acceptable. Quiet street but felt safe. Flat was big enough. It was clean. Washing machine is a big advantage. There was a small detergent as well.There is a special control unit for drying laundry inside bathroom which worked well. Only negative side is that there is not a cloth hanger inside. We hanged our clothes on bathtub curtain pipe. Free coffee tickets from the cafe at entrance was nice. They tasted good. "

"I have stayed twice at this location now, and for me it’s all about location, location, location. One block away from Kuromon, quick 10 minute (maybe less) walk to Dotonbori. Den Den town is close by, as well as Namba shopping center. Very quiet and safe neighborhood! We love it here, so does my toddler. There’s a Family Mart in the corner! Will definitely stay here again when we go back to Osaka to load up on more snacks lol"

"Room was clean and quiet. Laundry is on the 3rd floor. The breakfast buffet had a great variety (eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt with about 7 different toppings, cereal, french toast, salad with multiple dressings, udon noodles, curry & rice, different juices, and at the touch of a button the coffee dispenser would produce about 5 or 6 different drinks. I would recommend this place to everyone…oh and you literally cant be closer to a subway line. You walk out the front door and the stairway down is immediately to your left. Google maps may want you to take a different line depending on your destination but there is a line really close to you. When I checked in someone came right over to assist me and when I checked out it was super easy (just put your card into the machine and press “check out” you're done). "
