Staff were excellent. Cozy lounge with fireplace for drinks in the evening. Dinner at the dining room was expensive but worth it--outstanding meal. Pool and large hot tub, very nice. Convenient door-to-slope shuttle service for skiing.

3 hangers for 2 people staying 4 days. 1 facecloth and 1 bath towel for 2 people. Furniture is full of holes and chunks missing from the counter. Much worse, the staff told me to their face that they use the handicap stalls and when I reported this to the manager she simply walked away.
