The access for pickup and dropoff is not convenient. The interior design in our, Prestige Room, although unique, is not functional. The bed had only one nightstand and it was too low with no plugs. The bathroom sinks are a waste of counter space. Very limited space to hang clothes. The corner window does not allow enough natural light in the room and there is not enough light fixtures for light. Staff was very friendly.

I just wrapped up my stay at Hotel Le Germain in Calgary and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The spacious room was equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Located right in the heart of Calgary, I was able to easily explore all that the city has to offer. I highly recommend Hotel Le Germain for anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in Calgary. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!

This is a small but very nice hotel. It is right at the city center. The staff was helpful and the food was good. It is pricey. My only negative is that I was quoted $30 per day for valet parking and was charged $50 per day. I'm very disappointed in that.

The room has a 10 ft ceiling with a desk the length of the wall. The gym is spacious. The hotel is steps from the 4 blocks of 8 Ave (called "Stephen Ave") that features a lot of bars, restaurants, and souvenir stores so the area is lively. Other restaurants such as Major Tom, my favorite, are very near by.

Perfect location for a 3 day visit to clagary w/o a car. Did the downtown area, Bike tour and Stampede, Great restaurants nearby. Enjoyed the Stampede parade from your bleachers and the staff was very friendly andhelpful.

The location, cleanliness and styling of the rooms were fantastic. Some room for improvement: There was only an outlet on one side of the bed (needed one on each side for medical devices) and after calling the front desk to request an extension cord and it never arriving, my husband had to go down after a few hours to ask again. There are also a lot of lights in the room but it’s difficult to find which switches work and they don’t throw enough light once they’re on and working. Bed was not super comfortable either. I wouldn’t stay here again, but great location and valet service.
