“Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. There was no allowance made for customs or luggage. Very cheap tactic.  They also tried to charge an extra night city tax, which we had not occupied the hotel.  We……

“The hotel itself is decent, and our room was clean. However, several important details were not disclosed before booking, which left us disappointed. The main reason we chose this hotel over an Airbnb or a property in the city was because it is marketed as a beachfront resort with its own private beach. While it does have a section with loungers, they are not included for hotel guests and cost €25–30 per day. Considering the room rates, this felt excessive. If a hotel is advertised as a beach……

“The room was larger than expected and the room quieter than I initially thought. The bathroom was functional. We had an issue with keys. We were given two keys and told one was for the room and one for the side door which you needed to enter via after 10pm. We got back at 11pm to find the key to the outside door didn’t work. “Property service was magnificent! Appreciate the attention upon arrival and treatment throughout my stay. The staff here are very helpful and thoughtful. The breakfast was amazing. Commuting was a little hassle due to two road that lead you to the hotel but once you tell the taxi to take you via the main road it’s no problem at all! “Das Hotel liegt circa 10 Minuten Autofahrt von der Stadt. Es gibt kein Restaurants in der nahe und man braucht ein Auto für das Abendessen oder den Strand. Es gibt einen Bus Service von dem Hotel. Das Zimmer ist sauber aber es ist nicht wirklich ein 4 Sterne Hotel Zimmer. Man kriegt nur Showergel. Die Personals beim Frühstücken waren alle sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant für das Abendessen war okay. Das Pool ist sehr gut aber man muss den Badetücher von dem Hotel mieten. 30 Euro pro Woche……
