“This hotel sits in a beautiful location! I could see old town from my terrace! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable! The entire hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! The pool area is spacious and lovely! And the breakfast buffet was so delicious with a huge selection! “We just wrapped up our wonderful 11-night stay at Eremo della Giubiliana near Ragusa, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We stayed in one of the cottages, which don’t receive nearly enough attention or photos in most reviews. They were spacious, beautifully appointed, and provided the ideal private retreat for our family with a toddler. Breakfast is highly underrated—guests constantly rave about it.
