“The unit is owned or managed by a company not an individual. We had a lot of difficulty getting information in advance of our stay. My requests were met with generic responses as if they didn’t know or care where I was staying. The first morning after our check in we discovered we had no hot water. We proceeded with cold showers since we had an all day tour planned. We contacted them immediately but they did not reply for 3 hours. They said “just flip switch on the boiler and that should fixIt.……

“Wir haben das Haus gemietet. Einen Tag vor der Reise wurden wir per WhatsApp-Nachricht informiert, dass wir wegen starker Regenfälle in eine andere Unterkunft müssten. Bei der Übergabe der Unterkunft mussten wir eine Kaution von 250 Euro in bar bezahlen. Wir haben dort eine Woche verbracht.Trotz der verschimmelten Duschabtrennung, der Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine auf der Terrasse sowie der im Hof aufgestellten Mülltrennbehälter war die Unterkunft akzeptabel.Zur Rückgabe kam die Verwalterin……

“We booked for 3 nights, host never added any check in details, he refused to check us in the first night because we arrived at 10pm! We were left with nowhere to stay and he told me to message him in the morning. I messaged the following morning and he told me the property isn’t available anymore!! ”
