It was almost humorous at how ratchet this hotel was but we knew what to expect based on the reviews. It was the most affordable hotel in Montreal during the time we stayed, I believe there was a big event that weekend and all hotels were outrageously expensive. Stay here at your own risk lol!

So this is a real budget hotel so i had no high expectations, you get what you pay for. Reception were super helpful as we had a discrepancy with my expedia quote against their invoice. That was resolved in my favour. The room was clean and had fridge and microwave but no coffee maker. The TV was new but not set up for guest use. It is TIVO but needs the wifi to be stronger to work. The old cable box is in the room but not sure if it works. The view over the water and gazebo was beautiful but mosquito repellent is recommended. It was quiet and a nice place to chat over a beer. Ideallly placed for World Cycling Championship start in Brossard and linked to numerous cycling paths.

The room was not properly clean. Washroom's toilet flush wasn't working and when we asked the staff to fix it, they were not able to fix it so we had to suffer. Air conditioner stopped working after few hours as well. Staff is not responsible at all. I would not suggest this to anyone.
