"Filthy, disgusting room, sheets were stained, the person at the reception was not interested in assisting at any way, not even able, according to her, to give us new clean sheets to replace ourselves. We asked for that immediately upon arrival, it was not even 7pm, but she was completely useless. The worst thing yet was the smell, the placed smelled like an ashtray. When I asked to speak to the manager, Antonio, I received an email address, so we really had no one to speak to. We highly don't recommend this place! It's terrible! Avoid it if you can."

"1) After staying numerous times @ this location I Do Not like being charged $100 for “incidentals” each time I stay. I was charged twice for this on April 8-10 due to a error with the check-in equipment, to which I am still trying to get (1) $100 charge removed from my statement. (NO OTHER HOTEL THAT I STAY AT DOES OR REQUIRES THIS) I’m tired of having to check my credit card account to see if this charge was removed after each stay! (2) No phone in room to call the front desk. (3) Both reading lights did not work. (4) This is the 2nd time now I had to go to the front desk to get their wi-fi system to work. (5) Had to get desk help to get the TV set to work."

"Always check to see if there’s construction going on in the hotel. They’re updating all the rooms and didn’t let us know and we had to live through all the noise and the loud worker staying at the hotel. Irritating and they were very rude."
