Staff was exceptional. Room was dirty. Literally had crumbs on the floor by the bed and the floor was sticky. I could Enot get the TV to work.

Avoid at all costs.

This was a terrible motel that looked nothing like the pics. The tiny room was dirty, musty (ac was off when we checked in). It’s not fit for use, imo and the clientele and surrounding area seemed very unsafe. The desk clerk was happy to refund us at check in and we were thankfully able to find an acceptable room half and hour west.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, I filtered for "breakfast included" and they did not offer breakfast despite their website showing that as an amenity. Person who checked us in said they stopped serving breakfast because they did not have the necessary food license. There is a Waffle House directly across the street and plenty of close by (quick drive) restaurants - i.e., McDonalds, Burger King, etc.

Not my favorite place

The room smelled like smoke and had several burns from cigarettes. Someone took the smoke detector down. Uncomfortable bed and there was no coffee machine in the room. There was no breakfast or coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Non-smoking Room Strong smell of smoke

Non-smoking room smelled of smoke with no remedy.there were cigarette holes in the sheets and bedspread. the desk drawer had no front. Actually it was broken off and inside the drawer. There was no place to hang your clothing. There was no hairdryer in the room. I was not given access to Wi-Fi. There was no smoke alarm in the room just dangling wires. The door between the room and the bathroom had damaged threshold.

Slightly disappointed

The guy at the front desk was super nice and friendly but the hotel itself was very disappointing. It had none of the amenities that the site stated it had. The first room was smaller than expected. There was no fridge in the room, lighting was horrible. The AC leaked on the inside floor of the room and it had a smell of mildew in the room. The ice machine didn’t work on the property. There was no pool as promised. The next room he moved us too. Was bigger but there was no microwave or fridge. Smoke detectors had been removed from all rooms. Granted the rooms were clean and the outside was also. The website is very misleading.

I don’t recommend to stay here

I booked this based on other reviews. Looks like everyone else who wrote them got a renovated room - but not us. The bed and TV in our room were indeed new, and the only things that we liked in the room. Everything else was OLD and run down. Floor was old and dirty - some stains you can’t clean, but also some trash in the corner in the bathroom. The bathtub was OLD and stained, the railing in the shower came apart. Smoke detector was missing. No fridge - just an empty fridge spot. The AC was all rusted and so filthy that we decided not to use it. No one in the reception area to address these issues. Instead of welcoming host we saw a sign that we should check in in a nearby motel. No breakfast (despite it was advertised on the site where we booked). Breakfast area is used to store linens. I took lots of pictures for you to see and not to stay here. P.S. this was my first and likely last Super 8 experience. It’s very true that you get what you pay for.

The staff at this property were very friendly, thoughtful, and helpful - couldn't ask for better. The room was okay - good sized, good A/C, and good lighting. It just could have been a little cleaner on the floors and baseboards. It had small fridge (no freezer), microwave, no carpet. But also no hair dryer, no luggage rack, no comfortable seating, and no daily housekeeping. We were there 3 nights and had to take our used towels & washcloths to lobby desk to trade for clean ones each day. The bed was fairly comfortable to sleep on but made a loud metallic popping noise every time we got on or off it. Breakfast bar consisted of make-your-own-waffles with syrup (no butter), biscuits & gravy, and a couple choices of cold cereal & milk, orange & apple juices, and coffee. We discovered the 2nd day that they also have tea bags and instant oatmeal packets in a closet that you could ask for. There was a Waffle House just across the parking lot, a gas station convenience store across the highway, and a short drive to a lot of shopping and restaurants. For anyone needing it, they are pet friendly with a small fee.
