“The staff were very accommodating. When we checked in, the front desk upgraded our room just because! She said she wanted to do that for us 😀. Our key card wasn’t working and in less than ten minutes, the employee on duty at the front desk came to assess the situation and had maintenance at our room in less than ten minutes to fix the issue. Very quiet, very clean, and comfortable beds! We will definitely book with Best Western in the future!”

“Everything is fine except the policy for deposit. If you stay over you must start over. They cannot transfer deposit from day to next day an must return your deposit then start over. If you are unfamiliar with this stupidity (this is not the desk person fault) it's confusing because it is not logical it is stupid. It is to bad to see a nice property get a bad rap because of upper mismanagement.”

“Only problem we had was no breakfast and the man that works night shift didn't make coffee. He acted like it was a problem and got a attitude if we asked for coffee in the mornings. He was rude and looked down his nose at customers. He was short and "smartassy" if he was asked anything. Our overall stay was pleasant and we were extremely satisfied with our room and the ladies that worked the front desk!!! “We have been staying here for years as it is the only smoke free property in Biloxi, MS. Food is great at Wahoo’s poolside bar/cafe, breakfast is incredible at Stacks inside the casino and The Cafe has our FAV banana pudding and red velvet cookies (too!) handy when you want some. Nicest people and best view of the marina in Biloxi. As to their casino, it’s not paying out a thing and with all the other great things this resort type property offers, we go play at other places in Biloxi and……

“Decent, inexpensive hotel. Not very fancy. Good for just sleeping. The lobby is locked most of the time, they do not serve breakfast. It is in a little dated, although it has had upgrades. The linens were clean. The hairdryer didn't work.”
