“The staff very friendly and helpful.. When I think of Hilton Garden, I think its the top of all hotels. This HG, the pillows were horrible, the rug is old, the cleaning needs attention, and the smell of musty when you walk into the room.Littke tweeks here and there and it would be great. (I found a empty Chinese take out condiment package between the bed and night stand..empty with hair sticking to it) Plus I did not realize you can bring pets...nope not for me”

“The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.”

“Our experience was absolutely unacceptable! We arrived at 12:20 AM and didn’t get into a proper room until 2:20 AM. After waiting an hour, we were given a room that was completely unprepared, with furniture and mattresses piled up and linens on the floor, as shown in our video.
