“We only stayed one night. Basically used the room to sleep. After check-in we left to attend to personal business and didn't return until bedtime. Before leaving I checked the air conditioner. It was set to 62 degrees, on cool, fan speed high. Definitely no where close to 62 degrees. I did not contact the front office to report any problem. “It served its purpose. Pros: Comfortable bed. Cold fridge (not always a guarantee at a budget chain hotel). Gave me a room upgrade of sorts and choice at check-in, which was kind. Quiet area.
