We chose the Salish because it had the featured hot tub. We were coming off a bike trip in the san juans and used that nice clean hot tub twice to revive our aching muscles. The hotel was new, everything worked well, and we rested well. Our room was comfortable but not spacious, there was no breakfast, but we had other plans and did not miss it. Our hotel attendant was friendly and helpful.

We couldn’t sleep for two whole nights because of just how soft the bed was. Additionally, the sheets were made of synthetic fabric and kept slipping out. Very unaccommodating.

Surprised when taking things to car there was no staff in the lobby. No coffee, no breakfast, Loading things into the car, turned around and discovered entry doors were locked. Luckily still had my room key to get back in. Parking lot is very small. Overall, not a bad place, but staffing needs to be improved.

The hotel was very clean. My only complaint is that the towels were stained which made them appear dirty. Other than that I'd stay here again especially as a base camp for going out on daily adventures
