If you need help,
There’s no hotel staff present at the front desk after 7pm-9:00am. Hotel Website says breakfast between 7am- 9am, no staff were available and the breakfast area was completely closed at 8am, we had to make a McDonald’s run and staff arrived at 9am.

I was under the impression I had gotten the king size deluxe suite and it most certainly was not deluxe or a suite. Very small room, minimal options for breakfast. However staff was nice and it was clean

This is new, small, modern hotel. They only staff the Front Desk between 9am and 6pm. Otherwise, you have to trust they will answer the phone after hours. I heard a person standing outside the front door trying to check in, at about 8pm, for more than 5 minutes trying to reach them with their wall-mounted telephone/intercom system. I had a problem with my TV and I was told it could not be addressed until the next day. I stayed two nights (same rate each night) and did not receive ANY housekeeping after the first night, not even to replace the coffee pods I used the first morning. It's nice, but one has to understand their limitations of trying to control costs -- at the dismay of guests.

I booked a San Juan suite and instead got a Rosario suite. The Rasario is handicap accessible which I did not need and felt bad about occupying. The desk said they could not switch me rooms because I booked third party. I would have booked direct but their markup was over 50% than through a third party. The staff is very nice and professional and the rooms are clean. The doors are very loud when people enter/exit a room

The room was clean and there is plenty of parking. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had a late check in and they were very supportive. Front desk coverage is spotty. There is a nice espresso machine there, but almost no one is ever there to provide service, or the person there doesn’t know how to use the machine. The sheets on the bed were super sloppy. Had to request the room be re-serviced as the bottom sheet perpetually moves and falls off. This was the most upsetting part of the stay. They also need an alternative milk for breakfast. A lot of people cannot or no longer can have dairy products.
