The room was not cramped, the bathroom was beautifully, the kids enjoyed the pool, and the parking was very convenient.

The staff were very unhelpful here, we left out passports in the safe and no phone call or email to let us know. When we realised and called them they said they were aware they had been handed into reception but why couldn’t they let us know? When I asked if they could recommend a taxi company to get them to the airport to us again no help. This is poor customer service and not something you would expect of a higher rated hotel, when I questioned it they said they can’t call international numbers yet an email could have been sent and wasn’t. We were extremely disappointed considering the importance of what had been left.

We understand the importance of such documents.Upon reviewing our records, we found that your passports were indeed found in the safe after your departure. As there was no in-person checkout, we were unable to contact you directly. The phone number provided on your reservation was an international number, which we are not able to call out to.We have since taken the following steps to rectify the situation:* We immediately contacted the third-party booking platform through which you made your reservation, but unfortunately, they did not have a valid email address or alternative contact information for you.* We checked our call logs and found no record of a call from you regarding your passports.We strongly recommend that guests double-check drawers and safes before leaving their rooms to avoid any such incidents in the future.We hope that you will consider giving us another opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to excellent customer service. In the meantime, we wish you all the best in your travels.

Lovely, beautiful, convenient. Very thoughtful amenities within the hotel considering that there is no conveniences that are walkable. Pool, fire pit, workout room, lawn area- nearby Stevens Creek Trail and Freeway access- amazing. I happened to arrive on a Friday when the staff was clearly tired from the business travelers all week- 3:45pm is too late to get decent food at the Starbucks style coffee shop and too early to get anything at the bar. Front desk staff had the same lack of energy. But the property is amazing and very convenient.
