"The hotel was ideally situated for convenient access to shops and restaurants in Cordona. It was close to parking, both free and paid. The rooms were nice and we loved the breakfast that was included. But the best part was the staff. They were both incredibly kind and very helpful. "
"Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e disponibilità dalla signora Tania che ci ha dato anche graditi consigli su come muoversi in zona. Abbiamo anche ricevuto un upgrade rispetto alla stanza prenotata. Camera ampia (n4) e colazione buona. Anche il sig. Cristian Chef e gestore è stato estremamente gentile"
"Ottima esperienza, camera grande spaziosa e pulita. Abbiamo cenato e la qualita era eccellente. Un po scarsa la colazione ma nel complesso molto bene! "

Casa Bacco - private house with a remarkable garden in the centre of Cortona
10/10 Excellent
"Great house in a great location. Be aware, lots of hills. Local restaurants and bars are excellent and a good place to base yourself to explore towns such as Montepulciano and Siena "
SIGNORELLI HOUSE soundproofed apartment in the historic center
10/10 Excellent
"The apartment is amazing! There are ceilings at least 12feet high with period paintings from the 17th -18 century. But Romina provides all the necessary things for modern life - all three bed rooms have TVs. There are air conditioners in each room and the kitchen is full equipped with everything you need to eat in. Romina is the very best Host! She met us on our arrival and departure but also turned up immediately when we couldn’t work out the electric plug! She even helped us with our luggage. We are coming back again next year and will definitely stay with Romina."
"Stayed for 4 nights on part of a long gal pal trip to France & Italy.
This place was simple extraordinary .
Starting each day with a breakfast that had every imaginable food options to suit your style. No lunch needed after feasting in style.
Happy hour could not have been better, the cocktails were a work of art, as were the complimentary appetizers!
Each day we thought we would try some other restaurant in Cortona, but ultimately always chose to eat in the dinning room, and we were never disappointed.
The wine, food, service, ...all outstanding.
Oh my, the rooms, sheer indulgence, the views, the linens, the daily treats left for our enjoyment, the accessories, space & lighting options in the powder room.
The ambiance of this hotel, combined with the staff, made our stay memorable indeed.
I hope to be lucky enough to return!"
"Absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful apartment in the beautiful village of Cortona! The place was charming, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We spent a few perfect days soaking in the stunning views, enjoying the local shops, and indulging in amazing food. It was the ideal Tuscan escape — peaceful, picturesque, and full of character. Highly recommend!"
"Had a great stay at Hotel Italia. On arrival, flight was delayed and train from Rome delayed but lovely lady on the front desk offered to stay until nearly 9pm so she could check me in which was hugely appreciated after such a busy day travelling!
The room is big and airy, very tidy with a comfortable bed.
Location is perfect being only a 30 second walk from the main Piazza.
Already looking to book our next trip to Cortona and will be staying here again!"
"We loved our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we could want. The location provides great access to the city and parking. And the host was very helpful with recommendations."
