The condo is lovely and extremely conveniently located to all the major tourist areas of Myrtle Beach. The condo building is also very close to the beach - no long walk to get to the water which I am sure is very handy for a summer visit! Great communication with rental agency as well.

The property was great, very clean, and nice view! The pools were very nice and kid friendly.The requirement to sending pictures of an ID, etc., and signing a rental agreement was a bit much for having a casual two night stay.

Room was just as pictured, very updated and clean! Kitchen had all you needed. Elevators came quickly every time. Parking was great, not very busy until our last night, and that filled up later in the night.

the condo unit itself was very good but renting through VRBO does limit access to the restaurants and some amenities within the hotel. It was also a far walk to the boardwalk but if you have a car its fine. The beach and pool amenities were great and convenient for children. We enjoyed the lazy river pool daily. Coral Beach resort itself is a bit outdated but the unit was clean and had some modern furnishings. The immediate surrounding areas within Coral Beach were not attractive and at night felt a bit unsafe-lots of other run down motels in the area and sketchy groups of people. I would not recommend walking in this area at night. Everything else was good.

The pools were fantastic. The hotel itself was great!! Our room however, being through VRBO did not include all the amenities, and that was not told ahead of time. Also, there was tons of mold in the bathroom. There were no oven mitts. Simple things that should have been taken care of. I was told to message if there was anything that we needed, and I asked for more towels because the shower curtain did not keep the water inside the shower. We never received. Those never even got a reply back about that. There was only one very small blanket for the pill down bed no sheets. This was an unfortunate place to stay. Especially because we did not have access to any of the amenities aside from the pool. It was nice being on the beach but i would have rather had a cleaner room and be able to access everything in the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a baseball tournament so we didn’t spend a tremendous amount of time at the resort. Lack of ability to use the pools, and we were denied purchasing food or beverage from all of the restaurants/bars/coffee/ice cream shops on property. I must’ve missed that in that in the booking process. That was quite a bit of an inconvenience but we managed.

I love waking up and being and being ablecto have my coffee and see and hear the ocean. The room could use some updating, especially the bathroom, a decent coffee maker ( because you cannot buy anything on the premises if you are not part of hotel). They shouldn't advertise that there isca gym and laundry services on site because you can't use for same reason.

Kitchen was not clean, had no knives, can opener, measuring cups or spoons, larger Bowles, casserole dish. Utensils there were from Dollar Store. Roach bug in microwave - could see it crawling around in the temp screen. Bought my own bug spray. Contacted property manager with no response!

The room was dirty upon arriving. Smelled clean but on closer inspection of the kitchen dirty utensils were put back in the drawers. The refrigerator on the outside and inside was dirty. Dining chairs were dirty, previous guests medicine was left in cabinets. The list goes on. I was upset however they did send up a cleaner to help finish the cleaning. I did not like that this property only gives its guests 5 towels. That’s ridiculous and guests should have access to laundry and clean linens without having to go to the laundromat! That’s ridiculous should be fixed especially since the condo is in the resort. Just not the place it was portrayed to be so I was taken back. Hopefully these issues can be resolved.

The check-in process was very easy. The ocean front view was great. We also had a great view of the pool. The beds were comfortable. Julie responded quickly when we needed something or had other questions. The fake plant on the balcony was a little annoying because it kept falling down. Might consider getting rid of those.. The water pressure in the kitchen was low but in the bathroom sink and shower it was good. I'm not sure why there was such a difference. There seemed to be plenty of parking. The resort staff we encountered were all very friendly. Unfortunately, we weren't able to purchase anything from the Starbucks there .We had a great stay, enjoyed the room, and noted this as a place we would definitely stay again.

When we arrived, we followed instructions for arrival. Our key wasnt in locker for elevator. Contacted host but no response for a while. We took it upon ourselves to catch the elevator with other people to get up to room. The Murphy beds mattress cover had a stain on it. Some trash was left in our room. Curtain was ripped at top in bedroom which let light in. The kitchen needs a few things that are missing. Collander, large skillets and baking dish and mixing bowls. The kitchen sink only has a small stream of water that made it almost impossible to wash dishes. Its a good place just needs certain things to make it better!
