“This is our fourth stay here. I'm glad that more of the room are getting updated. One of the pools was heated very nice. Love that the room in like a mini apartment. They need more luggage carts for sure. Easy parking if you understand it. Hopefully all rooms are getting a makeover. Friendly staff mostly. Didn't like some guest sneaking smoking/vaping by pools, staff were watching but guest hid it well. Love the text communication that's available now with staff. Room clean and not moldy……

“The staff at palette resort are very friendly. They made sure we were comfortable with our room and let us move rooms when a problem arose. We were unable to lock our deadbolt on the door in 308. But they apologized and changed our room without hesitation. The rooms were clean and decorated nicely. The bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure was strong (which is something I've noticed some hotels struggle with). The hotel itself was clean and quiet. “We like the location and cost. It is older but the updates are nice. Hoping the renocations that are underway will be completed soon and will be nice additions to the property.”

“I loved the amenities and fun things to do for the kids. We had a great time in the hot tub as well as the kids enjoyed the lazy river and pools. However, the pictures depict more upgrades than there actually were. Granted, they are in the process of renovating but the entire hotel including showers, lamps, and balcony furniture were outdated. The entire facility needs a deep cleaning. ”

“Some important things you have to know before booking this hotel: 1. No soundproof. That means you can hear everything from next door. 2. This hotel is dirty and old. See pictures. 3. If you have kids or old people with you, or even for yourselves, you have to be very careful about the bathroom. The floor in the bathroom becomes very wet after bath. Summary: Do NOT book this hotel unless you have to. If you have no other choices, oh well. ”
