“I like this location as I’ve stayed here before. Bathrooms were pretty nasty with trash and hair everywhere. Not sure they mopped or cleaned the toilets before we checked in. There was also hair in the fridge? No dish soap or paper towels which was a little disappointing considering it has a full kitchen with dishwasher. Rooms could definitely use some new carpet as they were gross with stains everywhere. Living room chair was cut with big hole. Beds were fairly comfortable. Nice view of……

“We had a great stay at Dunes Village Resort! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the kids absolutely loved the indoor water park and pools. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach and plenty to do nearby.
The only minor issue was some initial confusion about accessing the parking garage, but once we figured it out, everything went smoothly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!”

“Very disappointed with our recent visit. Our encounter with office staff was not welcoming at all. An unwelcome tone no matter what the question or concern was she was rude and not accommodating at all. No sense of compassion or understanding. Our room was booked 4 months ago...never saw that the pool was closed for renovations. In person the office staff just quoted that Facebook had the update of pool closure. Searching through the Facebook page I found the pool closure (and yes 1 post..17……
