This delightful one-bedroom ocean view condo has all tile floors, a private balcony, washer and dryer combo and can sleep up to four people. The 5th floor unit features a tastefully designed living room leading out to your private balcony and overlooks a small dining area. A fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and all stainless-steel appliances. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and plenty of storage for unpacking those hefty suitcases. Sit on your patio and enjoy the ocean views with a cocktail or morning cup of coffee to truly unwind from it all. Malibu Pointe provides guests the same luxuries that can be found in 5-Star tropical resorts around the world. Enjoy fabulous amenities that include an indoor pool, large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, outdoor lazy river, hot tub, sun decks, and a fitness center, all just footsteps away from the beach. The highly acclaimed Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. Malibu Pointe is also walking distance to an Irish pub that offers a unique oceanfront dining experience, as well as an ice cream shop to cure any beachgoers sweet tooth. The beach at Malibu Pointe offers the more adventurous guest seasonal parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area.
