“The location is very good, where the entrence of the city of Pompeii is just next to the hotel. Free parking is provided. The garden is fascinating where lots of home planted lemon trees are all around. You can take lots of great photos in this fascinating garden at night. Dishes were excellent especially the Napoli pizza.”

“Our stay at this hotel was the highlight of our trip. From the very moment we arrived, the hotel staff was super attentive and helpful. We worked with them a lot to book transportation to get around. Tip for anyone traveling there, work with the hotel to book a taxi or the shuttle to the resort, because they will provide the best rates. It's about 35 euros vs 60 if you go with the taxi's outside the train. That also applies if you travel in an out of Naples center - it's about 30 min by car.……

“The staff members were wonderful. They were very helpful and friendly. On our last day we had to leave at 5:15 AM to catch a flight. Michael, the staff member on duty, was amazing. He arranged for our taxi to the airport and processed our check out quickly and professionally. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. We were disappointed that the pool was not open, but we stayed in mid-October. The breakfast was wonderful - many quality items to pick from. The location was walkable from the train……

“We had the most amazing experience at Hotel Matilde. Everything was superb, from check in to check out. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is perfect for exploring the Spanish Quarter and is only a 10 minute walk to the historic centre. The hotel itself is stunning, we loved our room and the facilities were superb. “1. 感谢酒店给我们升级到行政海景房，早晨启动电动窗帘，那不勒斯湾与维苏威火山的壮丽景色即映入眼帘，让人激动；晚上遥望对岸灯火闪烁忽明忽灭，又让人陶醉。 2. 浴缸舒适，卫浴设备都不错，唯一不足是冲淋房的热水温度略低开不足。洗漱用品使用了高级的彼得罗夫品牌，效果不错。 3. 房间很大，基本设施齐全，只是一面墙漆成热恋的橘红色有点点慎得慌^_^。 4. 早餐在二楼的景观餐厅，食物丰盛，服务态度彬彬有礼，边吃边看看来往的衣着入时的住客也颇为养眼。5. 酒店的地理位置从火车站要走大概18分钟，从塔索广场大概走10分钟，中间有两道坡要爬，不过为了这景观完全值得。”

“Love this place. It was a bit cool and rainy for the pool so we did not partake, but we were looking for R & R and this place was perfect. We had our own individual oasis, and plentiful parking with an electric charging station were uber appreciated. The restaurant was amazing for dinner, and next time we’ll do one of the wine lunches. Show up in about 2 weeks and you can literally pick fresh citrus off the trees! ”
