“There’s a lovely rooftop bar but that’s the only reason to visit the taverna, we cannot recommend staying. The facilities are old and basic, beds squeek, pillows are lumpy, walls are paper thin (you can hear the flush in the next room and the scrapping of furniture above, let alone entire conversations), the cleaning staff vacumm at 8am, and the rooftop plays LOUD music until after midnight on saturday. Children run around screaming and the majority of the staff seem bothered to be there, though……

“This small boutique hotel is an absolute gem! The views are simply amazing, and the staff was spectacular—friendly, attentive, and always ready with excellent recommendations. Breakfast was wonderful every morning, with plenty of choices and quality that honestly puts many large hotels, including Hilton, to shame. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and they even provided laundry service, which was a great convenience. The location couldn’t be better—the town is literally just steps……

“A magical place indeed! The staff are kind and generous. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and stylish. The balconies with the olive tree and view are breathtaking. The food, the farm, Nicola, the wine, EXCEPTIONAL! These people care and it shows. I will be back.”

“Very nice hotel, the staff was always very kind and helpful, they gave lots of info on the surroundings (and on the bus, which is not easily understandable for a tourist). The single room was actually a bit bigger than I expected from the pictures, which was good, perfectly enough for a single traveler. The breakfast was very good (the apple crumble pie specifically was delicious!). I didn’t get the chance to try the pool, however the rooftops were very nice. It was a bit noisy in the morning as……
