“This hotel is wonderful. The accommodations are comfortable and modern. The food is outstanding - the breakfast is just incredible - literally anything you can imagine, no exaggeration. But the staff? These are good people who go out of their way. We wanted to stay an extra night and our room was not available - so they upgraded our room at no extra cost. “We found the room extremely hot due to no actual air con. The minimum temp was 21 and was put on cool, it couldn’t be controlled as was locked by admin. I complained about this issue but was something that couldnt be resolved. We found the toilet area unclean due to 3 bugs found there flying around.
