“Property is located inside a really old building. Once you get to the hotel floor it’s nice but the building itself is old and dilapidated Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is good. Rooms are decent size and have a little kitchenette”

“The best experience in this year! We had two chihuahuas with us, They prepared a comfortable bed and dog bowl for my dogs, comfortable also for dogs, quiet area, easy to walk dogs during the night, safely, you can’t find somewhere better than smart hotel Napoli! ”

“Charming hotel. Awesome location. The staff was amazing. We’d stay again.”

“The room was modern and comfortable. This small hotel is the top floor of the building and has access to a rootop terrace. It's located on a pedestrian street filled with restaurants and shops. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful, including with suggestions on where to go. Note that the desk is staffed only for a few hours every day and you need to let them know when you'll be checking in so someone can be there. We checked out very early in the morning and found it charming that we had to……

“Room is clean and cosy, Giangi is very helpful and professional, gave us all the information about Napoli, nice pizzeria and seafood restaurant near by, we had good time.”

“Great location, near ferry docks and some attractions. Personalized complimentary breakfast. Would stay here again.”

“Great little hotel. Amazing room. Helpful staff”

“I had to change the room due to terrible WiFi connection and unbearable noise from neighbors room due to old plumbing system. The second room has better WiFi but only one electrical socket is useful. And you can not use iron and the kettle at the same time as the circuit breaker will shut off! And the bathroom floor is very slippery. I almost fell down a few times. Only beautiful part is the top roof terrace. ”

“A wonderful apartment for our two night stay. The location was perfect and we were treated very well by the host. I would recommend this property to anyone who wishes to see the real Naples!”

“Check in and out really fast and help to book taxi to airport, good place to discover the nearby.”
