And let's not forget, the beautiful beaches of Naples and Marco Island are also only a few minutes driving. Nonetheless, we apologize for the inconvenience and have reduced our rates during the time of the pool closure. This spacious condo is available to rent by the week, month or longer. The unit sleeps up to 6 people. The master suites has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 3rd room has two twin size beds. The unit has a king size sleeper sofa in living area. There is a smart TV in each room, lake and golf course view. The pool, tennis court and Sam Snead's restaurant are just a few minutes away. Located within Lely Resort and County Club and offers Championship Golf Courses: Mustang Golf Course and the Flamingo Island Course designed by Robert Jones St and Lee Trevino. The Resort offers Clubhouse and Pro Shop, 2 tennis courts, heated pool and Jacuzzi spa,15 minutes to Marco Island and 10 miles to Naples Beaches.

Recent upgrades include a new mattrasses in the master and secondary bedrooms, new living room seating and sleeper couch, new TVs. In addition, the second bedroom has been upgraded with new furniture.

We will happily offer you golf round transfers between May 15 and October 15, while supply lasts.

This place is great for all walks of lives! Just bring your toothbrush, swimsuit and golf clubs and enjoy the good life! Sorry, no pets allowed by the HOA.
