Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is great and near entrances to the train station. There are underground shopping/restaurants near the hotel which can connect to Osaka station. I was confused walking through it but followed signs for "JR" and eventually found my way to Osaka station. ...

The staff are pleasant and helpful. I like all their food for breakfast. When I arrive earlier than expected there is a locker in the basement you can store your luggage.
