2 NIGHT STOP ON ROAD TRIP TO FLORIDA
发布日期：2024年4月16日 发布在：HomeAwayThe property is very nicely appointed and accommodated three couples nicely. The location is a short Uber ride to downtown and an easy walk to Germantown. Adam and his associates were very friendly and helpful with area information and the check in process was easy and allowed us to drop off luggage early and return later at the allowed check in time.

My family and I would book this place again and again because of the cleanliness, updated decor, and rooftop amenities that can be used in summer. Great rental overall!

Great Nashville Weekend

The main floor gave us so much space to spread out, and the bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone their own privacy. The rooftop deck was a wonderful place to chill out, get some fresh air and look at the stars. We absolutely loved it and are considering coming back again next year.

Perfect for a girls trip!

Not sure I’d be comfortable walking in the area at night but there’s a lot of new construction so that might improve in the future. The house was clean and very well stocked. Plenty of bathrooms for a group. The stairs are no joke so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. I’d definitely stay there again!

Beautiful property in a great location
发布日期：2024年2月23日 发布在：HomeAwayMy friends and I had a great time staying at this property! It was very spacious and allowed for us to spend time together and also have our own privacy. It’s nice that each bedroom has a full bathroom so we did not need to share/wait for people to get ready. The house was clean and contained everything we needed. The coffee bar setup was great in the kitchen! One of the bedrooms was located immediately as you entered the house, and the other two bedrooms are on the top floor of the property.
One of our favorite parts of the house was the great location in relation to everything we wanted to do. It is located within walking distance to Germantown, which has great bars and restaurants. It is close to the Nashville Farmer’s Market which is a must see! We walked down to Broadway, which allowed us to see sights along the way. We also took several Ubers/Lyfts, which was between $8-15 per ride (much cheaper option than getting a taxi from Broadway, which cost $45). I would definitely recommend booking this property!

Birthday Celebration

This was a really nice, clean, and spacious condo, with just a short drive to Broadway. Due to the weather (rain), we were not able to enjoy the rooftop which we were so looking forward to but overall we had a great trip! Would definitely recommend to others that have a party of 6 or more!

Overall, our stay here was great despite us booking a girls weekend trip on one of the coldest weekends in Nashville!
The home was very clean, had plenty of rooms and beds for each of us (there was a total of 5 girls). I do want to mention that this was each of our first times in Nashville, so we came without knowing much about the area we were staying in nor the city itself. Although we did some research and knew that we wanted to stay in an area close enough for us to take short Uber rides to the local famous bars and restaurants.
Although the home is very modern and the host was very kind, communicative and accommodating, the surrounding neighborhood is not the best. My friends and I had groceries delivered and multiple food deliveries sent to the home which were either stolen from the front door or only partially delivered. I would say that this is an important fact to point out as I would assume that most guests may want to order food and such via UberEats or other delivery services.
Other than the above mentioned issues, I still would recommend staying here as it was very close to all the fun bars and delicious restaurants Nashville has to offer!
