The Eras-Inspired Home holds four bedrooms, including a king room with cloud wallpaper, a chandelier, and balcony access, plus a dining room anchored by a neon 'FEARLESS' sign and a kitchen with dark cabinetry and a tiled backsplash.



A bonus living room with fold-out chairs covers extra sleepers, and the 'Getting Ready' room, with Hollywood-style lighting, a full-length mirror, and a built-in makeup bar, gives the group an easy spot to primp together.



The Eras-Themed Home mirrors it with four more bedrooms, a living room wrapped in Karma-themed wallpaper with golden heart sculptures, and stacked-bed rooms with themed wallpaper and a projector for movie nights in. Its kitchen brings pink bar stools and gold pendant lighting into the mix, and the Green Room Bonus area adds ping pong, a bar, and lounge seating where the whole group can gather after dark.

Riverfront Park and Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park give families an easy afternoon outdoors, and downtown's honky-tonks are a short ride away for nights out. It's a corner of Nashville built for large groups who want music, food, and downtown energy close by without staying in the thick of it



Getting Around:

Rideshare is the easiest way to reach downtown Nashville and the honky-tonks along Broadway, just a short drive from the house. Getting between the two homes is as simple as walking next door, so the group never has to split up for the day's plans



Other Things to Note:

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
