“First of all it is not a Clarion but is now a Holiday Inn Express and Orbitz doesn’t notify you of changes like that. The neighborhood is not great didn’t feel safe to walk the .7 of a mile to Nissan Stadium. Most all of the staff was very helpful and nice, but the Housekeeping staff was rude and unhelpful. In fact they would lie to their supervisor if you asked to have your room cleaned at a later time. ”

“The valet and elevator situation was horrible. If you plan on waking up and getting to the complimentary breakfast, make sure you get out of the room with plenty of time to spare because the elevators that are working are always full. You could just stay on the fourth floor and you wont have an issue, but for everyone else, its horrible. #youhavetogouptogodown. It took us 23 mins to get an elevator and I thought that was a long time, but other people were saying that they waited 35-40 mins.……

“The complementary shuttle that runs from 7:30 in the morning to 10:30 at night is by far the best thing about this property. Also, the general proximity to downtown of about a 5 to 10 minute ride without the high downtown hotel rates is great. The hotel itself is showing his age in numerous ways, but if you focus on those positives, it’s a good option. I would stay here again if the rates remain reasonable. ”
