“Property was well cared for. Older building, but someone is breathing new life into it. Are all the updates done perfectly….no….but the property IS updated very nicely, especially given the price you pay for a room. Staff at the front desk were wonderful at both check in and check out. Staff kept the breakfast area stocked for the whole time. Again, not a huge variety, like at some of the big places, but definitely outdid themselves with the price you pay for a room. Housekeeping was……

“I got a room that is full of the smell of cigarette, the first day, I can't not sleep at all, at last I slept in my car. The second day, I switched a room.”

“I love the staff here. They are quiet, not mouthy or rude. Quite the opposite. The housekeepers are awesome. I would put them up against the Hilton Downtown any day. I have to give a shoutout to Carla who works the front desk during the day. Thank you so much for taking care of my extended stay so quick and efficiently!! She’s fast, funny, and delightful to interact with. The hotel is not new but kept very clean and neat. Since I extended my stay, I didn’t need my room cleaned but I needed……

“Good room size but smells. Front desk was helpful and switched us to different room. 2nd room smells little better but has strong male cologne smell. Ok breakfast. Hard to find Uber or Lyft from the hotel. Didn’t use pool or gym so no comments on these. ”

“Close to Nashville but away from the crowd if you want some down time.”

“Everything was great! We stayed the weekend for the nascar races and they were so helpful when we needed late check ins and it was quick and easy and the rooms were clean and very home like!! Would definitely stay again!”

“The young lady that checked us in was not friendly at all. The room was just as described. My only complaint is that there was hair from someone else in the shower and on the towels. We booked for 4 people and only had two towels in the room.”

“I didn't like that they charged me $15.00 for checking in early after they had told me I'd not be charged if I checked in early.”

“The room had an awful smell, the chair and carpet/floors were filthy. The AC in the room was not working. I went to the desk twice and both times a sign was up saying they were away. There were people hanging out in the parking lot and I didn’t feel safe staying. We left and did not stay the night.”

“Everything about this hotel is excellent. Located right off I-40, easy to access and plenty of parking and located around several restaurants (including a new In N' Out!). The hotel is brand new- great rooms, clean and refreshing interiors, great hotel gym and equipment, bright, inviting lobby and staff is wonderful.”
