I can't explain the positive feedback and high ratings. The photos accompanying the reservation make the apartment look brand new, but it's very neglected. “Staff was excellent. Great location and comfortable room. Only issue that is not their fault was I did not read that it did not have a check in desk. We got off a cruise ship and arrived at property around 9:30 am and it was all locked up no one around. About 10:30 we got lucky and employee arrived and allowed us to store the luggage inside so we could walk around the area. Again the staff was excellent it was my mistake not verifying their check in process. ”
