It has a traditional feel and design with stone walls, but also had all the modern conveniences. It is on a shared property with the family that owns it, but is set back on its own so it still feels quite private. The hostess, Erika, is wonderful. "Sehr kurzfristig war meine Anfrage doch die Anmeldung lief glatt. Habe mich in meine Jugend zurück versetzt gefühlt und Ruhe und Vogelgezwitscher genossen. Alles war grün und die Außenanlagen nett und gepflegt. Der Bungalow ist eine gute Basis für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen und nahe an Bad Bibra gelegen. Wer das Einfache liebt, ist hier richtig aufgehoben."

"It was very difficult to find the house in the evening. It was very dark and we just could not find it. The satnav location was not very accurate. And there is no sign outside the house. So this is a pro-tip for the owner. Other than that our stay was wonderful. Very quite and the house offers everything you need for a a lovely stay in the Harz-region. "

Bei unzähligen Gelegenheit hat das Navi gesat "An der nächsten Kreuzung Rechts" und auf einmal stand man vor einem Betonpoller der die Straße wohl schon seit einigen Jahren, vom Bewuchs ausgehend, vom ursprünglichen Ziel Abschnitt... "The receptionist was not at all welcoming and simply asked for our names, handed us a key, and told us how to get to the room. The receptionist who handled check out was not very friendly either. The room was large, had a nice view from the window and generally the facilities were OK. The chairs in the room were extremely uncomfortable, unstable, and need replaced. The noise insulation between rooms is non-existent. We could hear music being played next door and even the conversation of the other guests. I would not stay here again"
