"My family and I had an amazing stay at Villa Presito. Bryan was really easy to communicate with and helped us book a private driver to take us from our hotel in Lapu Lapu City to the villa. The grounds are so large and the villa is beautifully designed and decorated. We purposely cut down our itinerary so we could enjoy more time there, especially in the pool! "The location is in an elevated setting quite high in the mountain offering guests a clear view of the trees and peak of the mountain range. The owner Dan is pleasant and offers guests a tour of property and shares insights on the surrounding area. The inside of property is neat and organized for guests. If you have children, the local dogs on the property are quite noisy all night (5-7 dogs) and seem to act as a security detail. "

"What a beautiful island, the people are lovely, we felt very safe, and Juvy's Beach House is a spectacular option for your home base. Situated on the windier side of the island, you'll be treated to sea breezes all day and evening long and you'll truly live an indoor/outdoor life here.
