“Schoon hotel, kamers wordt elke dag schoongemaakt. Locatie is vlakbij winkels en restaurants, echt handig. Aardig personeel en goed ontbijt.”

“It's not happy at first because the website said can add bed, means can be one more person to stay. Actually we have 3 people, 2 adults and 1 teens and the hotel website haven't family room or 3 people room to book, so I booked a room for 2. But when we arrived, receptionist said the room for us was too small, asked us to add 500 swiss Franc more for 2 nights to upgards the room. No choice because already paid online. But when we saw the room, it's big, clean and tidy. Beds comforable, we……

“The location has its good and bad. It is located in the center of the city. That means it is very convenient. However, it is located next to the St. Johann Reformed Church. You will hear the clock rings every hour (until 10 or 11pm). You will hear noise (people partying and talking during mid-night). There is no AC, when you shut the windows, you may feel very hot at night. ”

We are lucky that there are ground staff still working and called the manager to come for check-in. Otherwise, it is a fantastic place to stay.”

“Der Flur zu den Zimmern was leider sehr dreckig, die Zimmer aber soweit ok. Das Frühstücksbüfett sehr abwechslungsreich gestaltet.”

“We got a big room with a small living room. The room was very clean and provided everything including free drinks. The staff and breakfast was very nice. I will definitely come back. ”

In addition, the room cleaners constantly forget to refill things like towels and tissue paper, which we always have to call the reception to get it back. However, if you ignore the above negatives, the breakfast was good with sufficient variety of food. In addition, they have gym and meeting rooms which I did not expect a 3 star hotel to have. Hence, if you……
