“Didn't have WiFi on the day of travel so although I had tried to check in online a couple of days before, I missed vital info that was sent by email on day of arrival which made access harder than it should have been”

“Wir haben nun fast eine Woche im B_Smart verbracht und es gab fast nichts auszusetzen. Unser Zimmer war sauber und hell, ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Kaffee und Tee stand immer zur Verfügung und es gab keine Probleme einen Parkplatz zu finden. Selbst der Self-Check-in verlief ohne Komplikationen . Gut war, dass die Fenster gut Schall-isoliert waren, da das Hotel direkt an einer Hauptstraße liegt, und da kommt auch schon der Knackpunkt. Im Zimmer selbst hätte ich nachts gerne Mal das……
