“Check-in experience was not promising. No reception after 13:30 on Saturday. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. Air - circulation was bad especially the single bedroom with no windows. The 3-people room on the ground floor with a small openable window didn’t help airflow in particular when the sun shader closed.”

“Fabulous hotel in the heart of Augsburg right by the beautifully impressive cathedral. Hotel staff were excellent, very polite and helpful. Room was of a good size with a very nice separate bathroom. Breakfast is included in the price of this hotel and it was very very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel if your planning on visiting Augsburg ( there’s even a complimentary mini bar for n your room), fantastic value for money. ”
