"Room too hot. Can’t adjust the temperature when needed since it is centralized control for all the rooms. Bathroom extractor full of dust and no air extraction. Bathtub seal not cleaned. Black mould visible. "

"Nice property but some maintenance on leaky faucet needed. Also, parking very limited onsite. Otherwise it was a very spacious apartment. The kitchen included some older cookware but adequate for small amount of food prep. Staff was helpful."

"It was a pleasant stay for us in suite room. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was awesome. There is a feeling of Turkish hospitality in its atmosphere, mostly when you take your tea from semaver and getting to the Turkish hamam and relax like kings. Farzad in reception was super nice and helpful guy. He managed our accommodation to be the highlighted night of our travel and helped us to make a quick walking tour. "

"The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It was great to have a washing machine, dryer and small kitchen after weeks in hotels. I can not fault the hotel except for the location. It is a 10 minute walk from the main train station which was great but it is in a bit of a quiet area (lots of government style buildings around) so it’s a 30 minute walk or further to the main tourist attractions. However the public transport is really easy to use and right outside the door. Would recommend this hotel....

Easy walking distance to the museums, Tiergarten, Brandenburg Tor, Reichstag, etc., nearby shopping, restaurants, even a entertaining vegan donut shop across the street -- everything you could want really, from a Berlin hotel. Room was spotless and in perfect condition -- although the bed was a tad on the hard side - unusually so, but the only oddity in what were otherwise quite luxurious accommodations. "
