“We enjoyed our stay. Sunday’s breakfast can be better.”

“Clean room, comfortable bed, big tv and cold ac. All you need in a hotel room. Stayed here for a work trip and this property met all my needs at a great value with restaurants in walking distance. Will stay here again when back in town.”

“The room was clean but it is old and out dated. I woke up a little stuffy so the AC may need cleaning. My pillows were flat with no puff and they were still put on the bed. I had to ask for 2 more pillows. I’ve stayed here before because there are only a few hotels in that area. Every time it’s the same. Young lady at the front desk was helpful. I didn’t try the breakfast or the pool”

“When i got into the room the covers had already had burn holes on them. The whirlpool jets did not work at all. They never brought me no clean towels I had to go get them. The faucet in the bathroom was off but they still had water dripping so whatever you put close to it was soak in wet”

“Clean comfortable beds and the rooms are spacious… will stay here again..”

“Nice stay, bed could be a lil more comfortable. Cleanliness was good except for bathroom floor.”

“Great place to stay”

“Clean and beautiful property very close to downtown. Will definitely use this website again.”

“Clean home and convenient location near acadiana fairgrounds”

“The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There was not an included breakfast like the description said. Even the sign on the door called it a B&B but there was no breakfast. ”

“Perfect place for a quick getaway. Patti is an exceptional host! From the time I booked this house until we left it was a pleasure. Hope to return soon.”

“Location was perfect. Host's communication was excellent and they were extremely helpful with questions and special requests. Would stay again!”

“We had a delightful stay in New Iberia at The Bayou Chateau (our pup agreed). Clean, comfy and a beautiful location on the bayou. Mickey and Tiffany are most personable and thoughtful hosts. We couldn't ask for more.”

“Rooms are awful. Broken windows and mold in the room . Bed spread had stains on them . The carpet looked like it hasn't been cleaned in years. This place needs to be shut down.”

“Worked out great for our family trip. Clean and simply is exactly what we were looking for and at a fair price.”

“It was very nice. Clean and comfortable. Nice property with privacy.”
