Wonderful pool. Staff was terrific. Disappointed that both of the airport shuttles were unavailable/ broken down during my stay, which is the primary reason I stayed (and probably why MOST people stay) at an airport hotel. It seems like there should be a backup plan (maybe partnering with another Hilton property?) for this kind of thing...

There were dehumidifiers on all floors as you got off the elevator. One was plugged into the room they gave us so the door was open. They did move us to another room.
