This hotel was perfect for us. It was convenient for all of our walkable needs and to Center city. We were taking a cruise and it was only about three blocks to the port. The free breakfast was delicious! The staff were Extremely pleasant. I would definitely stay here again!

I love staying here… The manager’s evening reception is nice. You will receive a voucher for a free drink. The reception is also a great opportunity to mingle with others that are staying at the property. The breakfast is amazing, I love the variety & the omelets.. I totally love staying here, excellent view from the rooms & pretty good walking distance from all the locations I need to be close by… Bourbon St., Amtrak Station, and Carnival Cruise Port. I highly recommend this property & the staff is always nice & friendly. Can’t wait to stay again.

I stayed at 2 different hotels while I was in NOLA and this was my favorite. I got complimentary drink tickets so I could go to the bar and get a alcohol or non alcoholic drink. the staff greeted me with open arms and someone helped me with my bags to the room. I didn't experience the breakfast bc my plane left at 7:30am and breakfast is at 6:30am but they had it inclusive. the room was clean no carpet which I love personally and the balcony was accessible from the front room to the actual room it was great 10/10

I was in room 811 and my socks and bathtub had horrible drainage and the toilets had issues flushing The valet service is bad as well I had to wait 20min for my vehicle Let us park it ourselves

This property is old and the room that was given was falling apart. The sink was clogged and could not unclog. Ceiling fan hanging on by wires and literally was unsafe to turn on. The pull out bed as extremely unclean, the shower /bath tub was falling apart and coming out the wall. I did complain to the manager and was suppoes to receive 30000 Hilton honors and let’s just say it never happen so now I have to call and follow up. We only stayed for one night but me a and my family was very uncomfortable and NEVER will book this “motel” again. Do better or close down for proper renovations !!! I never do reviews but I could not let this slide at all . I want a complete refund!!!

$48 Parking was ridiculous and the fact they only had valet parking and then they wanted an undeserved tip on top of it. We will not ever park or stay at this hotel again! Toilet was not clean and the breakfast food was disgusting.
