Before my arrival, I called the hotel to inquire about the pool accessibility. Are there steps or just the ladders? My wife would have difficulties with the ladders. I was told on 2 separate occasions by 2 different employees that the pool has steps to get in and out. Well low and behold, my wife can't use the pool because there are no steps. so, I had to rent a wheelchair to push my wife around town. The original plan was for her to stay at the pool while my daughter, son in law and myself were out and about. one day of that was enough; so, on Sunday we used the peddy cabs to get around. $82 for the wheelchair and $100 for the peddy cabs. Because pool was inaccessible. Also, website advertises a full breakfast included, not. More money spent, that wasn't planned for. I will say this; Glenn, the concierge, was outstanding. He took care of our needs and was very informative. There were some other issues; like the showers. Heads that can't be adjusted, the assist handle was behind the part of the shower door that didn't open. The water pressure was exceptional.
