Was on the way from Florida to Ohio for a 100th birthday party. Stayed here on the way up, was impressed as soon as my sister and I walked into the lobby. You could smell the clean. The staff were super friendly, the hot breakfast the next morning was super. We liked the hotel so much we stayed there again on the way back to Florida. Would give this hotel an easy 12 stars.

We had flies and worms in bathroom sink. When management was told she told us either to call maintenance or check out. Every hotel in city was booked. We had to travel 45 minutes to go somewhere else

They didn't care at all that I was supposed to have a two beds room and they screwed up and only gave us a one bed room and me and my daughter had to squeeze in the one bed and it was very uncomfortable. And all the staff had to say was oh well we don't have any other room. They get regular stays from all of the oil and gas companies so they don't care about Joe Q. Public. I will never stay there again.

An unfortunate weekend

Information on Hotels.com did not match that of the hotel. The checkout time was hour earlier than indicated which caused much trouble. Also the pet fee at the hotel was greater than hotel.com listing. The entire hotel was booked with construction workers and the place was loud every morning between 4-6am while they got ready for work. The AC was extremely loud and made sleeping difficult as well. Minimal items at breakfast. O
