“It's a good deal for the room ”

“Clean hotel. But noisy and hard to sleep. Very little or no noise dampening insulation between floors and rooms. You shouldn't be able to hear the guy next door urinate in his toilet or hear his phone vibrate. The room doors slam shut and would wake the dead. ”

“I chose this hotel based on its positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience didn’t match. We were placed on the 4th floor despite noting during booking that we were traveling with an 18-month-old, and within the first 10 minutes we had a noise complaint called on us, which was frustrating given the circumstances. I asked to be moved to a lower floor, but the request was refused due to a wedding party staying at the hotel. I was told they couldn’t downgrade me to a queen room, which was……

“Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great in the morning!”

“Room needed repairs, desk, dead bolt on door did not work. Breakfast, poor. Exercise room cheap and stair climber did not work.”

“Spent a Sunday night there. Had an excellent rib-eye at Gatsby’s. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Will definitely visit again.”

“The room was big with very comfortable beds. The shower had great water pressure and was easy to use. The lobby was spacious and welcoming and the work out room was equipped with everything I needed.”

“Pet room is $30 extra which I did not know until check in. Room was clean Whirlpool looks like it needs cleaned and jets were not very good. Other than that decent stay ”

“Ants were in my room they soaied and "cleaned" it up. Only to wake up with ants in my bed. I travel every weekend and stay at other hamptons and most r ok. But this one was discussting. I need to reach out to Expedia caus that was atrocious. ”
