The staff was excellent, really knock your socks off service. Example, gluten free options at breakfast. They did not have gluten free breads but was willing to go to shore to ensure our health diet.

Great location. However, the decor in my room has started to show a bit of wear. Downstairs it is all cool! Also, the breakfast has gone quite quickly - there had been no extra breads, bagels or anything like that by 10am on Sunday. I guess I was too late.

Called ahead of arrival to be sure rooms would be available to check in as we had 2 sick people. When we arrived no one had told front! Had to Wait 30 min at front to find rooms and tho booked together they put us in totally different parts of the hotel.
