When we checked in we found that the breakfast we had paid for with the room would not be available before we needed to leave the next morning. The person assisting us offered us a credit at the restaurant in exchange for the breakfast coupons. This was very much appreciated and above what we expected. Our server at the restaurant (Jasmine) was very busy but provided great service and the food was great. Price seemed high - but given that we were in NYC near the airport it was expected.

I got charged 100 dollars on my card upon check in even though the hotel had been paid for. This was a deposit to be refunded into my account once I had left the property. 3 days later, I am having to chase that refund as still not received from the hotel. This is poor

Our stay was great! It didn't have the most stars but the location was appealing so we booked it. Surprised it isn't rated higher. It was fantastic. The women checking us in was nice and engaging and the shuttle at 5:00am was on time and the bus driver was super helpful. This is a must on our next stay in NY.

Easy walk to Citi field. The parking situation is a mess. They have parking garage which I paid to use for 2 nights. When I left the parking garage it charged me 84 dollars when I already paid 60 for the weekend. Staff was not clear on how to avoid paying the parking garage ticket. Other than that the hotel was clean and friendly. Not many options around the area to get food.

Very unsafe! We arrived to the hotel at 10:30 PM to check in and unfortunately on this particular night, there was a biker event/convention in the auditorium. There was over 200 Pagan motorcycle gang members on the premises, inside and out and MONGOLS… as well. Very unsafe.

Staff was nice, greeted well; Shower was broke and tub rusted; hard to get wash rags; never brung more toilet tissue. ordered my own; paid for food - It tasted good. somewhat pricey; breakfast was free for my son because of his age; pool was indoor and really cold (the water and the room); there was a sauna and gym which was great; room tv kept malfunctioning; we was right next to the ice and elevator - which can be a plus for convenience but was somewhat noisy; big windows was great; 5 min drive from restaurants was a plus. The male lifeguard staff member seemed to have an unconscious bias: a dark brown-skinned young male wanted to use the pool on friday he sent him away right before he stepped into the pool because he didn't have his wristband but other families of seemingly different nationalities and individuals later got into the pool without wristbands - nothing was asked of them not were they turned away.
