“This property is in the location for us that was central to all the Upper Pennisula activities we wanted to do during our stay. It made our vacation very convenient. The grocery store is walking distance from the house - so getting what we needed was easy.”

“We had an amazing stay at Hidden Haven with 4 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 dog! You can’t beat the location: we got to wake up to Lake Superior views, hear the waves crashing overnight, and could walk a few minutes up the road and be on the North Country Trail for trail runs and hiking. Everything was super clean and comfy and we had everything we needed to have a great few days. Looking forward to a repeat visit in the future!”

“My grandson and I had a FANTASTIC stay. The cabin is exactly as pictured and explained. Hosts are great and very friendly. Place is easy to find and close to many attractions. I will be returning again.”

“The cabin was clean and located centrally for the places we wanted to visit. We would book again and the host was great.”

“I guess this could pass as a campsite. If you don’t mind being surrounded by trailers and storage vehicles on the side of a busy rural highway. If you are looking for an up north Mi camping experience you are hereby forwarned this is not the most scenic campsite! Not mad, just disappointed.But everyone’s gotta make a buck I guess. We decided to not stay the night and instead made the 6 hour trek home a day early. ”

“The room was not Clean, could not walk in the rooms without my feet sticking to the floors! The that were provided were filthy, I have pictures and will be seeking a REFUND!!! Spoke to the two girls that were cleaning and they were very new and no help, there was NO manager or office on site to speak to.”

“It was easy to find and settle in. The only "complaint" that I would have is there is a tree growing from the beach and blocking the view from the chairs. We had a great view of the lake through sunset and moon rise, and the sunrise proved the name Paradise.”

“This cozy little cabin in Grand Marais was clean, comfortable, and made for a great home base while exploring the area. We also appreciated that it allowed our two dogs, which made traveling much easier.We’d definitely stay here again. The only reasons we’re giving it 4 instead of 5 stars are that it’s about a 1.5-mile drive to the waterfront (rather than an easy walk), and the cabin uses well water that has a very orange color, so we’d recommend bringing your own drinking water.Overall, it was……

“Clean and cute, and just right for 3 of us to be based out of when we hiked at Pictured Rocks. Boomer was very friendly and told us the story of how the cabins came to be. Seney itself was quiet with not much happening, but a good place to sleep between Grand Marais and Munising.”
