“Arrived past 10pm and somehow our room wasn't ready. The staff member at the reception desk had an open beer on the counter in plain view. Breakfast was a very meager offering with most of it gone with still over an hour to go of breakfast service. The door of the room wouldn't always fully latch closed and could then be pushed open.”
