The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. “My stay at Villa Maya was wonderful. It was very easy to find the location. The check in and communication were very pleasant and easy. The staff was kind and helpful. “Für eine Nacht nach der Fährüberfahrt war es ok, mehr würde ich nicht empfehlen. Meines Erachtens keine 4 Sterne wert. Das gebuchte 4 Bett Zimmer, hatte nur 3 Schlafmöglichkeiten (dies wurde aber zügig von 2 netten Herren des Housekeeping behoben). Die Parkmöglichkeiten im Hotel waren ausgeschöpft, als musste das vollgepackte Auto auf der Straße geparkt werden. Im Bad muss man direkt am undichten Fenster duschen, dies war kalt und unschön.
