“Recently returned from a 5 night stay and had a wonderful experience, the entire setting is magical. The property is like a fairytale storybook with gardens of flowers, botanical beauty abounds with century old Cypress trees set back from the road. There are bikes available, a hotel shuttle, parking for hotel guests, EV charging which worked for us. Our room was great, it had a very large balcony! “Beautiful chic hotel. I chose the deluxe room with terrace. The terrace spanned the entire face of the building and was styled as a living room ~ wonderful. The perfect space for my German Shepard. Breakfast was to point with delicious cheeses, grain bread and eggs made to order. Staff was gracious and helpful. The only downside is all of the outdoor windows are lined with bright LED lighting. I like to sleep with windows ajar so this was very inconvenient; lights shone directly into the……

“Excellent hotel with staff who were very friendly, helpful and great with languages. Great pool with loungers and cafe area adjoining with lush gardens. 8 minutes from Lucca walls and quiet area. Lovely reception area good for relaxing. Bikes available in hotel for hire are perfect for Lucca exploring.”

“The cabin was ok enough. No towels provided. There were mosquitos everywhere. It's really basic accommodation. The air-con leaked all over the TV that was on a shelf underneath - the maintenance man said the air-con was fine (it wasn't) and to hair dryer the TV! We never used it in case. We had ants everywhere in our cabin too. Like I say, basic!”
