We spent 3 nights at Hotel Parisien which was a great central spot in Nice. The staff was super friendly, the room was nice and the AC worked well. The only reason I give 4 stars is because of the size of the shower and all the stairs and no elevator. Recommend for a hotel to be central and sleep in!

This is a little gem! We loved our stay & will hopefully return. The location is excellent, near the tram & also the railway station. The property is loved & extremely well looked after. It has a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere.

Nice staff, good location near the station. Place looks a little tired but was clean. No shampoo or conditioner (although there was body lotion) and as expected for France there was no kettle or anywhere to get hot water.

My room was very clean and a good size. The staff were friendly and attentive, helping me throughout my stay. The hotel is in a great location and on a safe street. I was expecting a kettle in my room as per the photos, but unfortunately they only provide these when guests stay more than 4 nights. The walls also weren’t very soundproof but it didn’t bother me too much.

We had a pretty nice stay in Nice! The location was convenient, close to the train and trams, though a bit away from the main attractions, which was fair for the price. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and hands-on, they helped us with recommendations, maps, and were just overall kind. We booked a superior double, and the room size was good, though the bathroom was still a bit cramped, especially when trying to shower and open/close the door. We had a small balcony, which was a nice touch, but we couldn’t figure out how to keep it closed after opening it, not sure if it was us or the door. We didn’t report it since we only stayed two nights. The AC worked well, and overall, it was great value for the price. If you have large luggage and you’re not on the first floor, the stairs might be a bit of a hassle, but thankfully we were only one flight up. In the end, it was just what we needed, and the staff made it better!

Lovely hotel, staff are very friendly. Close to restaurants and stores. The beach is a longer walk then expected over 20 minutes. However i didnt mind the walk.

A beautiful boutique hotel at a very reasonable price, just 15m walk from the main tourist attractions. Staff was super friendly, let us park for free in reserved parking in front of the entrance. Rooms are very clean and quiet. We spent 4 nights at the hotel. Overall, an excellent option and would stay there again on my next visit to Nice.

The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. The room is very clean and well maintained. We made a good choice in booking a room with balcony. Having a cup of coffee in a good weather at the balcony is so chill. Having air-conditioner is also a great surprise! The location is great too! It is not at the centre but it just takes 5-7 mins to walk to the train station, 20-30mins walk or 10mins by tram to old town. We enjoy the quietness by staying in an area with more locals than tourists.
